The SolveEngine is a cloud-based system, similar to NEOS except with more powerful solvers and much shorter queue times.
Note that NEOS has all the major commercial LP/MIP solvers: Cplex, Gurobi, Xpress and Mosek. I am curious what these more powerful solvers are.
